Inspiring Wanderlust

Monday, we did a Wal-Mart run and then had a delicious dinner at Mr. Stirfry.

Tuesday, we stayed in and had taco Tuesday at the trailer.

Wednesday, we headed to Jackson’s Brewing for a beer flight, then headed to SoHo Kitchen and Bar for dinner. Food and service were stellar!

Thursday, we headed back to Jackson’s Brewing to meet with a museum historian to find what cemetery Cary’s relatives were buried in. We then headed to the crown rooftop bar on the 12th floor of The Warrior Hotel. We were hoping to hear Lainey Wilson playing at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. We ended up staying just long enough to hear her opening act. It was too hot and humid to stay out for a long p time!

Friday, we ventured to Oscar Carl Vineyards. Great wine and service. We then headed to CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar next to the (Hilton Garden Inn – Sioux City). Food was amazing!

Saturday, we slept in, then headed to Vermilion, South Dakota. We went to Valiant Winery and Distillery. Cary had a distillery flight, and I did a wine flight. We then headed to a sandwich shop located in an Ace Harware Store. The food was great! Last stop was to the music museum, beautiful instruments on display!
